Trendsetters.....

Lucas was very insistant on wearing his arglye socks with his plaid shorts (is this proper PGA attire?). When Jack saw this he too needed his Sunday socks. Darin was very excited to drop mom and boys off at the door of church so as to not be seen with the boys. Lucky mom.

Como Zoo

We took a fun trip to Como Zoo on Friday. I think one of the best parts was riding a school bus there or maybe the pond when we got to the entrance. We met up with our friends Joey, Elizabeth and Benny. They introduced us to a new friend Ethan. Much fun was had.

4th of July at the Lake!

The time had finally arrived. What we had been waiting for all night! This was Jack's first time participating in the viewing of the fireworks that are shot over Lake Bemidji. They started and he immediately said "I don't like fireworks".

Going to the cabin is just not complete without at least one night roasting marshmallows by the campfire. Trust me....some of the marshmallows do get into the mouth.

One of the exciting things we participate in on the 4th is the Bemidji carnival.


We are so excited when Nana comes to hang out with us at the lake. The boys do their best to keep her entertained.

We also got to celebrate Auntie (or as Jack lovingly says Uncle) Kelly's birthday. We waited 'patiently' for 2 whole days to be able to eat the cake.

2nd Season of T-ball

Lucas' love for T-ball continues to grow. He gets very excited every Monday night when he gets to go play. There are many days we have to talk about how many more days until T-ball.

They do sit still .....

Some night I look at the boys peacefully sleeping in their beds and wonder if they are the same boys I have been running after all day....
