Easter

Another fun year of decorating eggs. Luckily each year gets a little less messy. The key word here is little.

Lucas saw a movie at school where they used wax to help make designs on their eggs so we gave it a shot. Don't think it turned out quite like the ones in the movie but we had fun trying.

Just in case you have never seen a child lay an egg :-)

Fun to find an Easter egg at Grandma and Grandpa's house too.

Mom's attempt to get a nice picture of the boys before Easter service.

Spring time with Jack

Edinborough park.

Jack participating with the magician during his show.

A day at preschool.

Fun in the large muscle room.

Oops. Did I spill my snack?

Jack busy filling an envelope with many little cards for all the teachers at school.

HMMMM....do I know this answer?

What tastes salty and what tastes sweet?

Jack loves Midas, the neighbor's dog. He just had to get a picture of himself with Midas shaking his hand.

When we were done taking the pictures we had to show it to Midas.

Yea...finally warm enough to play at the park.

Spring Break at the Dells

The 2nd half our of spring break was spent at the Great Wolfe Lodge in Wisconsin. We had a blast and the boys hope we will return again in the future.

Our mornings were spent with our magic wands looking for clues. I think Jack's main goal was to see how many treasure chests he could open and how many jewels he could gather.

Every night they had story time in the grand lobby. It was a great way to end our day.

We had plenty of downtime in the room also.

One morning the boys went on a Wolf walk in the lobby.

It ended with the boys making an origami Wolf.

Most of the day was spent at the water park.

Spring break in snowy ND

The first part of spring break this year was spent in ND. Grandma and Grandpa had just got 20 inches of snow before we arrived. Most people head South for Spring Break. We head North :-)

A little self portrait to let you know that I too did attend.

Any time we are back in ND the boys love to play guitar with grandpa.

Lucas with Micah and Bailey.
The highlight of the trip was to drive Uncle Scott's bobcat. Every boy's dream.

Jack and Solly making ice cream with Uncle Scott.

When you don't have a snowmobile a tractor will do.

The big boys were in the sled and the little boys were in the bucket.
